Electric window motor seized

I've had to fix a couple of electric window motors recently where water had found its way into the motor and seized it up by rusting it. On an MG TF and Freelander1. There must be quite a few old cars getting to that type of problem by now. I did a video when I fixed my Freelander1 rear window motor, might be useful to someone willing to have a go at fixing there's, probably be applicable to quite a lot of different cars as well. Some of the video was set a bit low, but the method is shown ok.
