hi all

I have a 2003 03 td5 es that won't start, key fob opens the central locking no probs, good battery all dash lights bright but won't turn over. replaced starter relay and a few fuses but no good, im sure it must be something simple, any help much appreciated before I have to pay the garage.

thanks

Could be the starter motor has failed? If you have a multimeter, check that you get a 12v feed to the small wire on the starter solenoid when the key is turned to crank. Otherwise, see if it will bump start, if so, at least you know it's not an immobiliser fault.
