freeagent
I want to have a go at building one of those small-scale replica landies for my daughter.... Has anyone on here built one? If so, who's plans/ kit do you recommend and why? I'm quite handy when it comes to woodwork (used to build posh kitchens) so sticking MDF together doesn't scare me... any photos (either in-build or finished article) would be most welcome. sgnas
I'd love to build one too, but. For the price of a "Rebel Replica" kit you could buy a pretty good real Land Rover. The other kit (the name escapes me) is pricey too, enough to buy a roadworthy series. So if there are any alternate plans out there that someone could point us to? JimAttrill
There was an article in LRE a while back. It seemed quite easy if you can glue MDF together. The one they had was from the Toylander people themselves. If you can make a kitchen you can make one of those B)
Mark
I am in the process of building a Toylander - There is a build thread on here somewhere... I havn't touched it for some time to be honest (anyone want to buy a part finished toylander?) ah, found the thread... Small Land Rover, for small people Cheers Mark
