Yes, and we made them using the welding stig.

I'm a little concerned you may be getting in deeper than you expect if you have to ask this, very few engine conversions are simple nuts & bolts exercises and something like an LS swap needs to be done right as you're putting a quart into a pint pot.

I would be looking at making my own.

And as above with Fridge, this is no bolt-in conversion, there is major, major fabrication work involved, your question seems a little naive.

Trust me I am NOT trying to be rude, and nor is fridge, more trying to save you thousands on an 'unfinished project' ebay listing.

Make your own, the 2 that are offered by UK firms are rubbish! I had the pleasure of buying half of one of these kits and had to re drill the holes anyway. Just make your own. Mine are 4 holes in a plate and two bits of flat bar welded to a sleeve that holds a LR trailing arm bush.

hi all , yes i under stand this isnt a simple bolt in sequence, i probably didnt say it properly i ment like you can go buy the v8 mounts to weld onto a land rover chassis is there a place that makes these kinds of things or is it a case of making them myself. making them myself sounds like the best route from what you guys are saying. but trust me when i planned this project i new it wasn't going to be a simple bolt on bolt off process. that would be too easy

thanks for everyone's help though :)
