what the best way to remove td5 defender injectors. some have mentioned a heel bar, any other surgestions or does this sound like the right way to go?

Hi Chris,
Slide hammer/heel bar is the best method.
the Landrover special tool for the job isn't much different from a slide hammer itself!

A heel bar sounds about right. I've also seen a big allen key used to lever them out.
The proper tool is like a small slide hammer with a collar that surrounds the injector body.
Simple but I'm guessing probably expensive!
