Help!! V8 not starting after tdi to V8 swap (video inc)

Hi

I've just done the engine swap on my disco. tdi to V8
All seems to be working, sparks and got fuel in the fuel lines.
But when I crank it over it starts to fire up but the stalls after a few seconds.
Check the video out as your get a better idea about what I mean.

95 Land rover discovery 300 with tdi removed and a V8 added in Green.

White/black wire going to negative side of coil is quite probably missing -this tells the ECU that the engine is running and therefore injects fuel, it pokes out of the FM plug on hotwire, probably the same on crapper.

The fact you get it running for a few seconds indicates your cold start injector is doing it's job, but no more fuel is getting through.
