rickdulas
I've just used one of these to cut the rear cross member off my 110. Really impressed, I drilled a 70mm hole with a hole saw so I could see the wiring loom, and then went for it Dead easy to follow the cut line, and the blade was just long enough to cut the full width, although I did cut from both sides Lovely clean cut with no grinding or messing about after Only used 3 blades, but 2 of them bent Hope this helps someone cheers Rick

bodumatau
I often just use a good old hacksaw when cutting through the chassis to extend it, tired of get grind sparks in my face....... need to turn the hacksaw around once you can't reach anymore with the blade, and the last bits in the middle a bit of a fiddle but mind you these newer thin grinder cutting blades have also changed things, cut much quicker and cleaner than the old fat cutting blades.
