Anyone tried this stuff ?

I've used the 2-part stuff before, but never the stuff that comes in a big tube

Here it is on Screwfix

Wonder if it needs a place in the workshop ?

Wonderful stuff!!

Needs applying on both sides if possible and takes quite a bit of effort to get a smooth finish, but works well on punctured diff pans....

Andy, being able to attach metals to surfaces like rubber. Why would you want to do that? moglite.gif

Seriously, though, this stuff is very good and forms a strong bond as long as you prep the surfaces propperly and have a decent sized surface area to work with.

Must admit that I was quite surprised not to find it in the local motor factors. Ended up going to Halfrauds, it wasn't even that expensive - 3 quid-ish if my memory serves me right. Cost me more to get there!!
