after a couple of hrs.
any more tips on painting wings?
I have primed one (with a few runs sad.gif)
will it be ok to flat those before top coating?
Les Henson
Runs take quite a while to dry due to the thickness of the paint. I use a hair dryer to accelerate the drying process, but too fast is not good. If the primer was etch or barrier, then when you flat the run down, be careful not to go to the bare metal (or previous paint), or you'll have to re-prime it. Normal primer, such as Hi-Build, dries very quickly, and you can flat out any runs in a couple of hours at the most.

Anyway - since when did you get so fussy? biggrin.gif

Hi look good.

Have you put bars in towards the radiator as well along the front of the wing or are they strong enough so that if you hit the side they won't bent and bend the wing?

cheers

James
