im looking into making a HD front bumper for my rangy

i would like to put some recovery points on the bumper

does any 1 have any ideas and/or pictures

Get a DirtyDiesel to frequent your workshop

Its made in three sections, the outers (under wing) were taper cut then folded with a 70mm edge, from 6mm plate, the centre winchmount has plates welded underneath fully welded to three chassis members, folded vertically for the hawse and winch bolts holes.
Fully welded off the car, offered up, tack welded on, checked for square then had some of DD's big welding licks.
Believe it or not, the folded corners were done in a normal vice with just leverage and a big hammer!
