Just come back from France where the talk is all about this event.

Friends tell me that the difficulty level is probably one the toughest in Europe hence the presence of teams from Spain, Belgium, Italy, Andora, Corsica, Switzerland, France and UK.

The race is over 3 days and 2 nights ( yes two nigths of racing!!)

The winner gets a free entry to the Dresden Breslaw 2008.

The organiser of this event is also the official representative for the entries to the Rain Forest Challenge in Murca in September and the Dresden Breslaw. He was also present at the Baskerville Challenge in November.

THIS IS NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH THE CHALLENGE OF THE EXTREME IN THE NORTH OF FRANCE WHICH IS JUST A LOCAL 1 DAY EVENT.

This event was won last year by Steve and Ollie lloyd.

They really raved about this event and how tough it was, but also how great the social side was and that the scenery was second to none.

Had the pleaseure of meeting the organiser late last year, and they are really nice people

Want a trip away in Easter? Decent temps? great food and wine and seriously amazing offroading this is the one for you

If Muddy Truckers had run i would go to France.

But as the Ultimate is now the first Big Uk event of the year, then i will enter that and show my support.
