Having seen so many posts re electrics I thought I would add mine.
After changing the back door solenoid some of my electrics have started working.
I have a flashing red light on the dash after locking vehicle - thought this may be the immobiliser.
When turning the ignition the yellow boobies appear - pre-warming warning.
The one I am not sure of is a red flashing light on my radio under the volume control - on off flashing - one-second intervals without the keys in the ignition.
Any ideas.

Hi There,
According to my book the one under the radio is the "Anti theft alarm". I think this is only fitted when the ultrasonic detectors are fitted , which detect movement in the car.
Good to hear they are all working now.

The red led (CATS indicator) is to warn potential thieves that your unit is protected by a computer anti-theft system.
The indicator at the bottom right hand of the volume control flashes whenever the starter switch is turned off.
The light can be either activated or deactivated by pressing and holding the BND button for approx three seconds.
The vehicle alarm/immobiliser LED is between the speedo and rev counter.
