not from LR, they only supply complete units, you could try the sunroof manufacturer IIRC Hollandia part of the Webasto Group

Is the seal actually damaged? Or are you just trying to fix a leak? Often the seal is not the fault.

As mine leaks as well I thought I might as well ask. If it's not the seal then is there a usual suspect for the leaks?

Thanks

In my experience it's the build up of gunk and assorted greenery that cause the seal to loose it's flexibility. The same sort of stuff that blocks the drainage tubes on sunroofs in cars etc. Sometimes a good clean and a bit of silicone grease around the lip will revive an old seal but not if it's already gone hard and cracked.

Can you use a bead of mastic instead of a seal? or is that just toooooo messy?

What - to seal it permanently closed?

No, lift the sunroof, put on some clear mastic in place of a gasket, re-seat the sunroof and wipe away any surplus.

It just seems like a cheap solution if you can't get a new gasket

Wouldn't his just glue the glass down?! Reckon you'd have to make some kind of framework that would sit where the old gasket went and set the mastic in it for 24hours - but this would still be messy!
