I have managed to score myself a Tubela tube bender; an H3PR.

The general operation is simple enough, but there is a plate riveted to the body of it that seems to relate to 'ensuring this' and 'refilling that'; However, because the one I have is second hand, half of this instruction plate has been lost/broken off.

Anyone got any info?
