Just to get the size of proportion for copying checking there is room in the workshop for one.

OK OK i will get a piccy later, I used it last night on an engine out of the car & it works very well, held the crank solid & steady

Is it one of these? This is the Genuine Churchill 300tdi tool:
Funnily enough it is easier to use in situ because it comes up against the chassis or steering box. With an engine in our stand there is nothing to hold it.
