Lifting A Discovery Td5

In case anybody finds it useful...

Somebody I know has just lifted up his Discovery Td5, he was getting sick of it continually bottoming out on the front (mine does the same, you only have to hit a big pothole and, as he put it this morning, "you think the axle is going to join you in the cabin") and also he had 265/75R16 tyres fitted which really needed a bit more clearance.

He eventually settled on 90 front springs which he says give it about 1.5" lift at the front over the original Discovery front springs and make it much better. Rears were just done with a spacer under the spring seat.
