CwazyWabbit
So we've established it's got fuel and spark. Also fairly certain you said the coil is wired up correctly and this car used to run. So it has to be a timing issue of some description.......
Hybrid_From_Hell
6 nope
CwazyWabbit
Mixture issue then? It can't be compression or it wouldn't have run before. You've already said it is getting fuel and has correct maps loaded so it musn't be getting air.
Hybrid_From_Hell
Nope
CwazyWabbit
Well I'm stumped then. It was running so compression and everything mechanical should be fine. It's getting the right amount of fuel (and of the right type) and the right amount of air. It's getting a spark and at the right time. It's spinning over at a good speed. It should at least go bloody bang!

Yup 11 That question had already been asked so shouldn't count Did it have diesel in the tank? ( if not it should have ;-). )
TheRecklessEngineer
So it's got a spark, the leads are correct, it's pumping in fuel. Must be air... Something to do with the throttle?
CwazyWabbit
So it's got a spark, the leads are correct, it's pumping in fuel. Must be air... duncmc
Is the firing order correct, plug leads in the right order at both ends? Are the injectors plugged in to the correct leads, again are they in squirting in the right order and not mixed up?
TheRecklessEngineer
think that has been covered to I was edging towards too much air - like throttle jammed open rather than not getting any.
