The link talks about an engine that appears to be higher stressed than HfH's JE? But of course it is just my limited view and not educated or aware! Tanuki Posted December 25, 2014 Share Posted December 25, 2014 Nitrous can be fun: I played with it a couple of decades back on an already-tweaked Volvo 164E Automatic we used to tow a rally-car. Having an extra 50BHP of push-button-grunt available on demand certainly made it rather fun when going down the slip-road on a busy motorway and joining the other traffic, or when overtaking long caravan-convoys up the big long hill just south of Exeter. These days, if I ran nitrous it'd be to provide a burst of extra gas-flow to spin a turbo up to full-blow earlier. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
