mmgemini
I saw these before Christmas in the North Shields store. Wednesday morning I orded the 10 and 13 MM from Axminster Tools. They arrived yesterday in time for me to try them. Yep, I'm impressed. No need to take the ratchet end off to reverse the ratchet, there's a lever to do that. http://www.axminster.co.uk/proxxon-metric-micro-combispeeder-spanners-ax806097
pat_pending
They look very similar the MAC ratchet spanners which are very good.
Nigelw
Since buying some cheap ones whilst grocery shopping in Lidl I wonder what I did without them now! These look like good replacement tools as the cheap ones are wearing out, especially the 10, 13, 17 & 19mm ones.
mmgemini
Pat I do wonder who actually makes the spanners I saw a set like these in Joberg on my last trip made by Elora I think it was, I do like the ratchet type lever. At the price I paid I was happy, 26 quid for the two. I wonder what the Snap-On price would have been for one ?

I looked in my box today and actually it's the Blue point that are similar, not the MAC. On closer inspection I don't think they're made in the same factory. Snap-on prices are terrible even for a professional user, there are so many other good quality brands out there now to choose from.
