Rev Guage!

Should be, IIRC the LR rev counters are actually VDO units, mine is :D connect a signal cable to the 'W' terminal on the back of the alternator [100amp Marelli on my 200Tdi] If your Alternator doesn't have a 'W' terminal a good auto electrician should be able to fit a suitable connector for you to use. connect the rev counter gauge illumination to the existing gauges.

Yes, I have one, they are fully adjustable. If you do not have a tach lead on the alternator you just need to tap into one of the raw AC signals from the stator.

This picture is my alternator. The blue wire goes to the tach. Any of the 3 main posts will work.
