Dear Sir

I am writing to object most strongly to Schedule 2 of the above named proposed traffic regulation order (TRO).

The reasons given for this proposed TRO are unfounded and will far from "improve the amenity", in fact it will reduce the public amenity even further, there is no evidence of further potential or existing damage to the surface of any of these byways, most of which are graveled fire/forrestry roads and those that are not are bedrock, further more I believe that as the majority of users of these rights of way are mechanised vehicle users then further reducing the availability to these users can only reduce the amenity.

Done, and got a reply from them too:

Dear Mr Austin

I acknowledge receipt of your e-mail regarding the proposed TRO for Sarn Heln. I have forwarded it on to Mr Jon Griffiths, Countryside Officer, who is dealing with this matter.

Yours sincerely

Just for clarication it would appear that the TRO order in question is aimed at adding a week of closure to the end of the existing Seasonal TRO. So instead of being open from 1st if June to end of August it will now be only open from the 1st June to the 22nd of August. An erosion of rights but not a permenant closure
