The problem is theat the return pipe(the longer pipe) is impossible to unscrew... hi i changed mine a few weeks back leeking from back seal,only had to take top case off (sound prof).there's not mutch room to move,you may have to take the hole regulater off if your just doing pipe ,i would chang all of it there pron to leak.just take your time better than paying dealer price. hope it helps Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

mudflap61 Posted July 12, 2010 Share Posted July 12, 2010 I spent yesterday replacing the fuel block only to find out that the top pipe is now leaking. everyone told me it never leaks. well it is and i would like to know how much do I have to remove to get the end of the top pipe near the alternator. is there a short cut or does it all have to come out, manifold and egr.
