Replacing the Front CrankShaft Oil Seal - TIP

Recommended Posts

Hi, as some of you know I've just had to replace my front Crankshaft oil seal. ERR4575

I was also changing the crank pulley and idlers etc. as I had a kit. So once I got the old seal out I had no tools to put in the new seal and swinging a soft face hammer about near the rad wasn't a good idea. The picture I'm attaching shows how I pushed in the seal using the old seal and the two pulleys (one old and one new) It pushes in nice and square and its quick and easy.

Hope that helps someone out.....
