  1. Is the new pan galv? if not, get it in the order! One note about galv stuff..... they often want it blasted before hand unless its somewhere that specifically mentions that they blast first themselves.
  2. You won't get the same bond at the steel/zinc interaction point like you do with hot-dip.
  3. I want to say there are some brazed joints in the door frames from memory... I could be talking rubbish however. @Junglie They'll show a per ton etc price, but the minimum order price/quantity will be less than that.
  4. Only because I ended up looking for it the other week after a facebook argument
  5. Last time I looked, it didn't include the A-frame. Edited to add:
  6. If you can beg/borrow/steal another mixer you'll have a more relaxed time having another mix started before tipping the first one.
  7. I doubt the bradley flatbed is that light, and I think it would be stupid trying to put a container on an ifor car trailer (assuming it's a CT177 type one). You're also unlikely to know the weight until it's too late.
  8. Depending on the time of year you would probably be OK with a hiab lorry. Otherwise a few quid to a neighbouring farmer to move it should be easily arranged. Even if it was a hiab delivery to their yard and then dropped to you.
  9. Not sure how you'd have a ton to play with unless your trailer is only 300kg which I can't see happening!
  10. The LT77 was designed for ATF.... whether the recommendation changed later on I'm not sure. I never had any real issues with mine and ATF in either hot or cold temps, just a slightly notchy 1-2 when cold. I'd ask Beaumont's what they'd recommend.
  11. Simple, by really nicely executed there!
  12. Depends how bad it is.... a good wire brushing can often bring stuff up well enough.
  13. keeps the lights on in the passion wagon! I won't put the other name on here
