  1. Hi Western, Thanks for the info and the link. Hopefully I should have enough to go on now. Thank you also SVbeek I will check earths also Regards Dave
  2. Hi, I wonder if somebody can help me please. I purchased a 90 as a non runner about a year ago. It had a cracked head which I have replaced and I am trying to get it ready for the mot. The indicators don't work properly, specifically all 4 lamps will flash when I put the hazard warning light on AND push the indicator stalk up or down at the same time. The Trailer light on the dashboard flashes at the same time Hazard switch on its own has no effect and indicator stalk up or down on its own has no effect - it needs both on at the same time. The battery is fully charged and all the lights including the indicators are bright. I assume they were wired correctly in the first place (although I don't know because I didn't own the vehicle). I feel it may be something to do with the trailer lights connector since the light flashes on the dash board. Any advice welcome Dave
  3. Hi, Thanks for that, where did you find it in the Haynes manual? I could find everything but that one? Regards Dave
  4. Hi, I'm in the process of putting the head back on my 19j engine. I cannot find a torque setting for the oil feed pipe (banjo type bolt) which is located at the back of the cylinder head (drivers side). Can anybody help me please? Regards Dave
  5. Hi, I've looked long and hard for the washers to go on the injectors that seal against the head. I believe there should be two on each injector, a steel corrugated one and a larger copper one but I cannot find them on Paddocks, britcar etc. Can somebody point me in the right direction please. Thanks Dave
  6. Hi, Just saying hello. I bought a non running 1988 90 Station Wagon a few weeks ago and am in the process of getting it going. I have the famed 19j engine! Regards Dave, (from Cornwall)
