series 3 with bmw m60 3.5 v8 idea

sounds good think I will start collecting parts will keep my eye out for a 4.4 that make nearly 300 he and nearly as much torque -
what do you think of m60 v8 into series 3 that do an adapter plate for m60 engine to bmw online 6 so should fit range Rover r380 manual but would engine fit I have a spare m60 lying around and the x5 sump isn't as wide
