Looks an excellent quality build by all standards.
I've been pondering one for my 110 CSW,and still trying to decide if I should stick with the Autobox, or go manual.
Am I right in thinking the Tdi flywheel bolted on with only the centre boring out some, and machining down to fit the Toyota ring gear?
Also, would you be willing to share your CAD file for the adapter?
At present I have a good Disco R380 which would be ideal to go behind a 1zu-fe.
Apologies for the many questions, but your adapter setup seems the best so far for a Land Rover from what I've found online.
