  1. Agree here, mine is a 1989 90, so is the 134ish HP version, and isn't too gutless (well not compared to a N/A 2.5), and I'm running on 235/85s. 70mph is approx 2500rpm.
  2. Hi - would appreciate any help. Have a 110 3.5 V8 (1984), ovbiously at some point the original steering lock was removed, previous owner has wired up a random basic ignition switch. I have purchased a complete steering lock and ignition switch, and am struggling to find anything relating to the wiring of the ignition in manuals or internet searching. Wires in Landy are : THICK BROWN THICK WHITE THIN WHITE / RED THIN WHITE THIN BROWN/AMBER The steering lock is a LUCAS 157 SA 3, has 5 pins, Nos 1, 2 (two pins) 3 and 5 (Number 4 is imprinted but no pin exists??). ANY help regarding the wiring up to the ignition would be appreciated. Cheers
  3. I have the very same problem on my V8 90, which appeared not long after converting to LPG. I drive permanently on LPG as it starts and runs fine from cold, so I never have an occasion to use petrol. I still haven’t rectified the problem, where it seems to run on no more then four and won’t tick over when on petrol, but have found that if started and run (albeit badly on petrol), and then left four half and hour or so and then restarted it comes to life perfectly on petrol as if nothing was ever wrong, yet a week later it will be back to its old tricks!
