  1. Hi all Looking for a bit of advice. I was out last night in my 300tdi 90. Put some fuel in as running low drove about 10mile and it cut out. Fired back up but running rubbish as though it had run out of fuel? Undid the drain off the bottom of the fuel filter and it was full of pressurised air? Let the air out off it went again for another 10-15 mile and did the same again? Anybody ever had this problem or know what it is? My 1st thoughts are nackard lift pump? Cheers
  2. Hi all. I'm replacing the injectors in my 300 just a quick question. I've got new washers but they seem different to the ones I've took out. The ones I've took out seem thicker so I ordered another set and they are thiner to? I'm guessing mine must have wrong ones in? Also the new ones I've got have a kind of band/ridge all way round. Does anybody know which way round the ridge goes? Thanks a lot Alex

  4. hi all. if i remove my arb's off my 90 will i need dislocation cones to stop the spring popping out or does the shocker not let it come down far enough? thanks alot Alex
  5. would i be able to strip both selectors down and use a disco stick in defender selector? what the problem is is that the low range gear stick got bent while the gbox was out and now cant get one was guna try a disco stick in defender housing cheers alex

  7. Hi not sure if I'm in the correct section but here goes... Just wondering if the defender r380 transfer box selector unit with stick is the same as the 300tdi disco one...and also can you just take the stick out on its own? Thanks a lot people Alex

  9. hi all. new here so here goes... I was out in my 300tdi 90 earlier on today and called into the pub for a swift pint as I got back in it I pressed the clutch to put in gear and set off and the clutch pedal went straight to the floor and stayed there. I lifted the pedal back up and then the pedal was solid wouldn't do anything?? anybody know what the problem is?? slave cylinder or clutch itself?? thanks in advance Alex sorry if it is in the wrong section
