Hi, There is an abandoned landrover defender 110 in my local area, and I want to find the owner. I have the chassis number, along with the REG number, CON number, CODE number, and the NSN number. However, there are no plates on the vehicle. I've tried to contact the DVLA, but they were little help, as without the plates, they said there was nothing they could do.
I will be trying to contact the land owner at the end of the week, to see what they know, as it's been there for a few months.
Is there any way I can find the owner of the vehicle using these details?
