  1. would be a good idea ,, can you see into the hole that your pipe came out ,,? it may give a clue ,, i have a set of pipes in the shed it dont have the extra bit on it the original "O" ring is Green (just 1 ) i believe green is hi temp "O" ring >Let us know how you get on ,, Rob
  2. Just check that the end of the pipe is not an insert fron the old pump ,, looks like its pushed in the end of the pipe ,,,, ( dont know what the last owner did ,,, ) As it looks like a part from my swaging kit ,, the flare tool ??
  3. agree should be straight ,, grab a 8mm brill bit (snug ) fit in the hole heat and slowly straighten ,, ( use the drill bit back end not the sharp end ) It will straighten easy with just a little heat from a blow torch ,, or if you have a aircon (HVAC) mechanic close use the swager as a straightener works every time , the pipe gets bent trying to wiggle out the hole ,,
  4. i have front and rear ARB lockers ,, never had a drama ,, do you lock them under load ? ,, I always stop before locking ,, Same as the CDL and changing High to Low range ,,, Saves a lot of work ,, Have done 350,000 ks now still quiet ,, How many K`s did you get from your ARB Locker ? Cheers rob
  5. What size wheels are you running ?
  6. I know its sorted but another fault i have found that does the same is the filter in the return line at the fuel filter ,, mine was full of crud , felt like it was starving at 3000 rpm ,,, all sorted
  7. I have a nanocom the original ,, Anyhow bit the bullet and brought the flashy new evo 2 ,, I like the original better ,, I would like to know more about the lynx unit ,, i really don't like the BBS support team There attitude is "we are the best do what we say " Very arrogant in my opinion so would like to move to another platform , cheers Fery ,, You can flick me an email if you want mate ,, roberttilbury@ymail.com
  8. G`DAY Fery , I was talking about this to a truck mechanic , ( SEMI `S ) , He said the thing he would do is fit a bigger cooler or add an extra trans cooler , i will be sticking my D2 on the lift next week to see a good mount ,, This is what i use in my 600hp burnout car ,, It runs a blown 350ci chev and a TH350 with kevlar clutches B and M Are a american company that are sold world wide , I will see if there is some where to mount as i don't want to cook another Transmission B&M HI-TEK ENGINE OIL & AUTO TRANS COOLER WITH 9.1/2" DIA 500CFM FAN ( BM70297 )
