Yes it is. It was last weekend (10 days ago) and the only British allowed are by invitation it seems - used to fill empty places. It did get to the point a couple of years ago where about two thirds of participants were british...

Just been up there as a slight detour home from Cheltenham. Got the adrenalin going a bit and grounded the diff once or twice (standard 90 300TDi). I have recently started laning in the area (Fosee Way, one or two bits around Cooper's Hill). This was more challenging than much of what I have done so far , how would you rate it compared to other Gloucestershire lanes ?

its probably one of the best lanes in the area for a standard motor but there are alot that we do which are better but it would be impossable without a decent set of tyres , this was taken last sunday in wiltshire .
if you fancy doing some good laneing let me know and you can tag along with us on our next trip , also i have a set of mud tyres for sale if your looking for some just let me know .

i had the same problem and nearly bought new turbo , but on striping off the hoses noticed one of them had collapsed and closed off the inside of the pipe and was choking the turbo air inlet

there is a simple green lane that you should be ok for you to test your motor , its off shurdington road Cheltenham , if you drive down badgeworth lane from the golden valley roundabout it brings you out on the shurdington road and the lane is directly in front of you

evening all , i was planing atrip down to strata florida in a couple of weeks but as ive not been there before i was hoping someone could give me a couple of pointers . i havent bought the os map for the area yet but have been looking on google maps at the area and it dont show alot . do anyone know if theres any camp sites in that area aswell ?

thank's for the info but have decided to do away with the 200tdi and go with a 2.8td isuzu , i've been offered a engine and conversion kit for cheep so i think its the way forward. its a shame though the engine pulls like a train.

Hi all ,
i have a 200tdi depender which up until i bought her had done very little off roading but after my last session down in wiltshire she has started flashing her oil warning light on tickover but only when she's hot, if i rev her up it goes out , oil levels are ok and she's losing no oil . however over the last few days i have noticed a slight knock it sounds like its coming from the cam . i'm suspecting maybe oil pump ! ?.
any help would be most appreciated

hey , thanks that's the place that's took over from milner, and there prices are reasonable , i had a price from MD engineering and they wanted £375 + vat ! ! ! ! and milner do em for £245 , will let you know how it goes , thanks for all your help .

Hi , does anyone know who have taken over from milner conversions ? , i'm looking for a conversion plate for my defender to put a 2.8td isuzu engine in but cant find the advert for them anywhere , i had it in the back of a mag a while ago but my missis seems to have seen fit to throw it away but as usual she denies any knowledge of it !
Anyone recommend any pay and play sies in Gloucester area?

your welcome , the next lane we are doing is strata florida in wales , its planned for the weekend of the 4/10 and camping overnight there are plenty of videos on youtube if you want to have a look .
