    The chassis and the engine on the disco has to much damage it's not worth the repair and I've got most of the parts and tools to do the work already

    Hi I'm looking to build a tray back defender with a existing 2.5na chassis I have and a discovery 1 300tdi as a donor vechile. Is it possible to mount the r380 gearbox to a 2.5 engine and use everything existing on the discovery on the defender. Any information will be grateful. Cheers
