just fyi: sent it to Main dealer, Marshalls, and they say it's fixed: Actuator was sticking, plus seal of intake pipe (?) was not properly installed and was leaking. My fingers are crossed these have solved it. Thanks for your advice

To be clear, the engine doesn't cut out, the power just disappears. It is dangerous to drive and garages aren't solving this.

My LR HSE TDV6 diesel is intermittently losing power as I drive. It is scary! It stops itself for a second or three. Any ideas? Nothing showed up on a diagnostic check at an independent garage
