  1. Hi i am looking for some vinyl that has the same color as the “LOY” dark granite vinyl used on the rear window surround trims, but also on the sear base sides and seat backs. Do any of you guys found a good match ? Tried Martrim but they don’t have the exact same shade of grey. cheers
  2. You can email him, he replies fast. He called me back the same day i've sent the email.
  3. The only downside is you have to be close to his usual routes (south west of france). I'm lucky to live right next to the beginning of bordeaux autoroute up north in normandy. so we met at one of the aires so i can get the pallet. I'll soon need them to ship a range rover classic roof from uk again. Just as a pointer, i paid 170 euros (customs and tax excluded) for a pallet loaded with a full range rover classic interior.
  4. Little update, the pallet is now home. Hi highly highly recommend George. The whole thing was flawless, customs included !. Just brilliant !
  5. Good news, i'm in the process with George white at the moment. The things they need for the customs seems pretty simple and straight forward. (for the moment)
  6. I will receive it, so i guess i'll be butchered by french customs... will see. Arjan, as long as the goods are made in the uk it just the VAT you pay, nothing more.
  7. I tried Shiply, but price were terribly hi in comparison to last year yes !
  8. Thanks a lot for all your replies, all set with George. Now brexit and customs are another story... will see. Has been an utter nightmare since 1st of January.
  9. Thanks a lot for your replies so far ! Thank you @Ed Poore will check with them but apparently it's only commercial and not private. Thank you @Blanco do you have George's White infos, like a mail or anything ? Cheers guys
  10. I know that with the brexit and all it is now rather complicated... But do you have personal contacts or know a serious company or guy that do regular UK - France carrying cars or car parts. I need to send a pallet to France and i am shocked by the prices since the Brexit.
  11. Ok so another question answered before the dash swap ! Big thanks to all of you !
  12. Hi everybody, I was wondering if the soft dashes had different color options from factory ? as some appear like grey and other look black... Any specialist out here ?
  13. Hi, I am about to do a rear tub swap on my 110 and while i am at it i could change the chassis parts and tub modification to fit puma 60/40. My question is, is it really worth it ? is it really more comfortable ? (i don't have access to any puma so can't actually compare to my TD5 regarding comfort) What's you opinion on this ?
  14. I know i'm digging up an old thread here, but do you have front pictures of the enlarged "oval" hole you made on the bulkhead ? As on the pre 2002 bulkheads the factory "round" holes sit very close to the edge of the bulkhead vents, did you start to drill the hole off centered so it sits higher ?
  15. Ok, thanks a lot for your feedback i guess i'll solder and heat shrink !
  16. Yes i know about them and they are usually specified and numbered. But if i look at A339 on the picture it doesn't say anything more than being a "splice" ...
  17. Hi, I was wondering how they splice that many wires at the factory ?
  18. Hi, I'm planning on painting the def aintree green with a black roof but... Which black ?, they all look the same with a computer screen, are some of them "lighter" than others, (if there such thing as a lighter shade of black ) Or is there a really dark grey in the land rover paint catalog ?
  19. Hi, i'm looking for those fastener but in grey, everyone except rovers north seem to have them in stock. The usual suppliers have them in black and that's not alright visually. Did any of you guys now where i can find those besides across the pond ?
  20. Here is my interpretation : Telle me if it's feasible, i'm not a wiring expert but i try to understand it as much as i can.
