  1. check to make sure it's not in low box, or that it thinks it in low box due to a faulty switch
  2. That was quick. Pretty much what I found. Wasn't sure how critical it was on getting the GND and +5v the wrong way round and releasing smoke. Thanks for the help I will investigate further. Adrian
  3. I've converted the inlet on my 5litre to D2 bosch system, everything else has swapped over ok now, except the TPS. Does anybody know which pin is 5V in, Earth, and the signal output. Rave isn't clear which is which. Thanks Adrian
  4. Thanks, just the answer i was hoping for.
  5. I've fitted the later style V8 coils, as found on D2 and late P38's, does anybody know which pins feed which pair of leads. ie. does pin 1 feed the top 2 leads or vice versa? I've searched rave and it only seems to give the 3 wires to each coil and is not lead specific. Any help would be gratefully received. Adrian
  6. The Bearmach bushes are not supplied by Superpro. They were until roughly mid 2007. I'll do you a good price on Superpro when you want them. Adrian
  7. I pretty sure they're not. I will check tomorrow.
  8. They are shaped like mach 5's with a rolled edge.
  9. I can supply Mach 5 weld on beadlocks, you don't need to cut off the old rim bead and the finished article looks just like a factory Mach 5 beadlock. And they are cheaper than £50 a wheel. Adrian
  10. Give Shaun (bushy on here) at cheddar signs a call, he'll do what ever you want. http://www.cheddarsigns.co.uk/
  11. You need to know the piston diameter and the piston rod diameter to be able to work out the surface area, I would be surprised if the piston rod is the same diameter as the piston, if it was it would only be able to extend, as there is no surface to apply pressure to too retract it.
  12. Front Prop is TVB100610 I can supply all these parts if you wish. PM me for a quote Adrian
  13. I can supply Terrafirms +5" at a very good price Adrian
  14. The olives are part number NRC9771 should be available from your local parts supplier. I think they are 8mm so a plumbers merchant may also be able to supply them. Hope that helps Adrian
  15. I have genuine Matt Lee mach 5's in stock. 8x16 beadlocks, 8x16 plain, 7x16 plain and 9x15 plain. Can post anywhere you like. Give me a call 01278 445437 Adrian
  16. I use This stuff , not from them but that's the stuff. Seems to be very good unless it get's very hot, in which case it just falls off the fittings if under any kind of pressure. I opted for this because you can make up the hose's without any special tools and get them exactly the right length. And it's a reasonable price. Adrian
  17. I've always ran 1/2" bore pipe through a Mocal Oil cooler ( not sure how many rows, but about 9" square) with a 7" kenlowe. Didn't very often get on the gauge which started at 55C even on the motorway it never got above 80C Never had a problem with overheating,If anything it would run to cool, and that was coupled to a reasonably powerful 4.6 that got used as it should.
  18. The spokes are hollow, I believe the wheels are only about 1/2 kg heavier than a ZU rim. They are very strong wheels, just look how many comp safari vehicles are running them.
  19. Wow!!! I'll knock £60 off that each for unpainted ones or £90 off for non-beadlocks unpainted, and I've got them in stock. (Even cheaper if you collect them) Adrian
  20. The wedges are actually just spacers, you can get the rose joint from any decent bearing supplier. You should be able to remove the wedges and reuse them.
  21. Probably a little more expensive than a second hand turret mill though
  22. Part number needed please for the diaphragm on the injection pump for a Turbo diesel 1988 as shown in tech archive here Thanks Adrian
