    hi simonr, it is kind a "grouch / grinding " noise even shaking the car a bit when engaged... but only at "rear"...

    When shifting from any gear to "rear", there is a rough noise coming from the differantial of the 1995 Discovery. Before taking it to the garage... anyone has any idea what can it be. Thanks in advance... muratti 95' 3.9 auto Almaty, Kaazakhstan
