  1. Hi Everyone, Disco 1 - 1996 Looking to get front fog lights working, they were fully working not so long ago - lights failed long ago - replaced with cheap LED lights but these have recently failed. Unable to locate any blown fuses, online searches show its possibly f2 in engine bay according to Rave documents online. Can hear relay kicking in and out - passenger foot well - but no voltage out - lights removed and in connectors. Going to check there is voltage at the relay both in and out. But otherwise I'm puzzled
  2. Is this who you are talking about - found this on a winch bumper i just purchased...
  3. Whats the line lock on the brakes mate? Brought an inline fuel cut off solenoid, that will be on a hidden switch...
  4. Looking to see if i can get original alarm working again - as i have sounder fitted with associated wiring - alarm does tripple indicator flashes when set & locks doors - single when disarmed and unlocks door... But no sounder if doors or bonnet opened indicators just flash... Can this be easily fixed or an alternative alarm fitted still keeping functionality.

  8. Not sure if allowed to post this... Recently two Land Rovers TD5 and what was a nice looking 200Tdi, have been stolen locally - one from Bentley - other Darlaston Then just burnt out after getting them stuck. 11. Not noticed - only drove her 1 mile - trying to sort steering issue.
  12. Filled as i normally do, how should you fill up from fresh - have i air locked her?
  13. Help... Nearly blown engine again - short drive to check steering issue - Landy increased in temp rapidly. Got home expansion tank cold, heater in landy cold. Removed pipes all dry no fluid - just steam. Took top hose off water pump started engine - no fluid being pumped Stripped pump - still attached nothing loose What could be going wrong - is she sucking in air or air locked? 20220502_161225.mp4
  14. 20220502_160405.mp4 On axle stands engine running can move wheels full lock left & full lock right with a single hand movement. On the road i am unable to steer without a lot of force.
  15. Tried that - put will try again - got fluid but steering is still very heavy to move. Unable to see any fluid movement inside reservoir. Has pump failed?
  16. Ok got the Discovery 1 - 300 Tdi finally moving after 8 months - full engine change etc Clutch issues finally resolved but steering is solid. How can i bleed power steering as all pipes were renoved fluid topped up but level not changed. Where is the bleed screw located?
  17. All sorted - had to physically raise the front end as high as i could pump the pedal 2x wait 5 minutes with bleed nipple slack eventually ths fluid flowed out. Full clutch - little bit stiff Managed to drive landy.
  18. Been there, got fluid coming coming out - just not very much
  19. Still having fun - unable to bleed or get fluid to the clutch - new master cylinder fitted - new slave fitted - can reverse bleed and get past damper to master but not into master. Currently got pedal wedged down - reservoir full - bleed nipple cracked Initially small amount of fluid shot out when bleed nipple cracked but nothing now. Any one got any idea's i can try? Master does not appear to be priming, no fluid exiting when pedal pressed.
