Hello, Im looking at purchasing a Land Rover Defender 90/110. I have little knowledge of mechanics and want to make sure I know which is the right one to purchase. I have been told by some of my mates that Defenders past 2007 aren't very good because of the engine. I don't know if thats true or if that matters a lot. I would be getting a defender mainly for on the road and occasional off-roading. My budget isn't huge but preferably I'd like to get a 110. If anyone could help me out and let me know what i should be looking out for and what age of defender is good or anything like that, that would be amazing.
