  1. Yeah I am using the clutch. Might try to 'feel' it in like you say... thanks! @Bowie69 @Stellaghost Sounds good, thats the plan for tomorrow and see if that frees us up any.. thanks lads! 🙂
  2. Hi all, Recently bought a 2000 110 TD5. All has been well so far but I've noticed the 4WD gear stick has gotten very stiff and nearly impossible to get into anything but H or N, I can get it into low but it takes a bit of work... is this normal and just a case of 'it's a Defender' and I need to improve my technique 🙄, or is there something I can do to help this? Also, the diff lock dash light used to come on but now I can't seem to get it, or it will flicker a little, so I dont think I can engage this correctly anymore either? Any tips / advice? Keeping in mind I'm not the most engine savvy (yet!)! Thanks!
  3. Brilliant, I'll but the test bottle and see if there's a y joy... Any ideas on the best way to go about covering up some patches? I assume it will have faded some, but being metallic hopefully it wont be as obvious!?
  4. Hey all, Apologies if I've put this in the wrong place. I've recently bought this 2000 reg TD5 110 Defender 🤩 Being 20 years old she's in need of a few touch ups and new hinges... (and doors, but that's for another day!) Of course it doesn't have the paint anywhere on the plate, can anyone help me as to what colour it might be?! Its a dark green metallic paint. Thanks!!
