  1. Hi just wondering if anyone can help me I'm going to clean fuel sedimenter and clean the little filter inside the banjo bolt in the lift pump. I'm a bit of a rookie so I'd like to make sure I have my facts straight I'm trying to locate the banjo bolt that has the little fuel filter inside of it, on the lift pump in my 1986 county 4bd1. I'v been reading lots of advice posted on forums but I can't fined a work shop manual with pictures so I'm not 100% sure what is what I have attached a picture and drawn colourful arrows to make communication easier 😂 purple arrow is the banjo bolt with the filter? Orange hand pump? green banjo bolt no filter? I believe some have filter in top and some in bottom. I've looked into it a lot but I'd like to make sure I'm not making some massive rookie era. Cheers
  2. So if the information I found on this blog if it is true I have an lt85.. can anyone second this..
  3. Hers a photo of a wider view bad light bad camera but see if you can make anything of it... I'm thinking its an lt85 but I can't be 100 present
  4. Hi arjan the lt85 and Lt77 have reverse left of 5th.. it has the 3.9 isuzu 4db1 engine . I think it may have come with the lt95 originally if it's the original owners manual that I have in the car..had a good look on Ashcroft but couldn't quite get the info I needed but I may need to clean it up a bit and have a better look. Thanks for that Mavrik I'll give it a go cheers Hi maverik maybe you can help.. I did come here first as it was free 😂 I was going to get a few things done at a mechanic because I have just acquired the car and have a lot of questions and most importantly wanted some one who really knows there stuff look it over. I wanted to get the a frame ball joint done as well. I have fixed most the niggling little things my self thanks to my new best friend on YouTube (Britannica restorations) I'm currently trying to identify my transmission it's definitely an lt77 or lt85 as reverse is next to 1st. It would make sence for it to be an lt85 but who knows what has been done to it over the last 30 Years. I have identified my transfer box its an lt230. But I can't match seen to mach what looks like the serial number I'll attach a photo. Iv done a little research on best oil to use in both on AULRU and every one seems to have a different opinion on the best oil to fuse.
