  1. Thanks, yes, found that out later 😂 got the heads drilled off. Had to use Stilson wrench to wind the bolt out and it sheared off. then could get the nut plate out. Britpart hinge kit! Normally no worries but this time was short of two plastic shims. Bolts only 55mm but with the supplied washer and nylon nuts for the doors, they need to be 60mm.
  2. Replaced the 1:41 transfer box on my td5 110. 2004 with a 15p engine. out a transfer box from a D2 with a 1:2 ratio. all has gone well but the Speedo undergrads. its the electronic one not the cable type. the sensor from the td5 was put back.
  3. Replacing the hinges. The hinges to the bulkheads have been removed (drilled off etc) However the B-post’s captive nuts for the lower hinge bolts are not letting go. I’ve drilled the heads off but can’t get the bolt rails to release. How do I access the nut plate?
