    Hello all! Ive now got to the stage in my rebuild we’re in putting my cab back on my back box this is a full cab defender 90 is there any need for rubber bushes or can I just bolt them straight on? any help would be appreciated many thanks

    Hello all With the coming months its become much darker in the mornings down here in the Falkland islands and i often use my head lights going to work in the morning but I switch them on this morning and one comes on at normal brightness while the other is much dimmer is it just the bulb going? What's happening? Cheers Tom

    Hi guys I’ve just looked at a 110 200tdi for a mate and it’s been an experience The sequence goes start engine turn all lights on apply foot brake turn key to off engine still runs take foot off brake engine stops pump foot brake headlights flash Help me guys I’m completely lost cheers Tom

    Hi Tim by large service what do you mean? What was replaced? was it a reconditioned turbo? I dont know the pumas as well as the old girls but when my old discovery 200 tdi lost power i had issues with my lift pump and fuel filter could be a faulty pump at the rear? Hope this helpe cheers Tom

    Just out of curiosity how difficult is it to put a new reverse light in? There is no original unit on the rover for some reason 🤷‍♂️ cheers tom

    mines without a cowl but mines a disco 200 tdi in a 1990 110 don't know if that makes any difference

    I'm standing here absolutely overwhelmed by the beauty of this car, I hope my defender doesn't get jealous 🤣 Shes left hand drive, 2 and a quarter diesel engine Should I take her home?

    You know those senior moments you have... it was the damn hazard switch it works like an isolator for my indicators and it was bloody off!!!! 😂😂😂 Sorry guys

    Thanks Western any tip offs to where the earths are located for indicators if it is not the earths is there anything else it could be cheers Tom

    Hey guys tom again so my indicators died on me mysteriously I've traced back the indicator wires from each indicator light back to the relay and I've changed the relay but still nothing what have i missed? Could it be the actual unit in the steering column that gone? Cheers tom

    Firstly im an absolute begginer in this gig so here we go Radiator seems to be in good condition, Western cant see that any fins have disintegrated Stellaghost, as stupid as this seems i dont actually know where the thermostat is in the engine bay cheers Tom

    Hello all I have a 200 tdi 110 and she appears to have a heat problem after about half an hour of running shes below the red on the temperature gauge doesnt seem to have any difference to the engines running she has a turly turbo fitted so i dont know if thats making the engine more hot suggestions please cheers Tom

    Hi guys my 110, 200 tdi has the old style brake drums on the rear axle was just wanted to know if it is possible to convert to the newer style brake discs or not just wanted to know if it was possible before ordering the parts cheers Tom

    Hey guys I've got a bit of a dilemma here Im fixing up the old 2.5 110 down here and i put a fresh battery in her yesterday turned the key and nothing was going to put a jump lead straight onto the starter solenoid but not sure if its similar to the 200 tdi suggestions?
