Hi, I have an ex Singapore as well, 24V. Really good condition. I never thought the glow plugs would be 12V though. I'm leaving it original for now, only replaced all the exterior lights with LEDs (24V) and installed a few dc to dc converters for stereo equipment. I'm also going to install an electric compressor for AC.
