  4. Thankee muchlee mister! I now understand what 'The Great Henson' was on about... So..... on a 120k 300tdi, is it worth getting it cleaned out and EGR blanked - or is it best not to meddle? I seem to remember an emisions issue when it was discussed previously as well.. ?!?!? Thanks in advance Mark
  5. Cheers Les. I guessued that bit. My well hidden question was.. Is that caused by removing the EGR or by not removing the EGR? Ta Mark
  6. Is that a reason to get rid of it?? I am confused.. it's easily done....
  7. Do not bother to read this. It is just so I can see how many squares I have....

  13. Yep! Still gathering gear when funds allow. Not really into the big money stuff, i'm more of a middle of the range sort of a guy...
  14. Yep! Carp, barbel, match fishing - whatever I fancy at the time really! Just got back into it last season, after having 10+ years away...
  15. That fire certainly looks well built... Even the picture is making me feel warm...
  16. I've seen pictures of that ford being crossed! Think it was a couple of Suzukis....unfortunately Might have even been linked from here or LRE a while ago.

  18. I have 31-10.5/15 on my disco and I have to say, pulling away at junctions requires a bit of forward planning. Great at 70mph, but a bit slow from the start line. Great in the mud tho' Oh yeah, and they're not BFG's so no help really......
  19. Not to be outdone by the G4 Challenge, the Camel Trophy PR team came up with their best obstacle yet!
  20. 3 for me too please! Can I have your Paypal address please? Ta Mark
  21. Oak Brothers (Used to be Sussex Tractors) along the A281 towards Horsham, have 'em in all shapes and sizes.
  22. Further to what you have mentioned.. 1st to 2nd gear change can be a bit stiff when not warmed up, or if the gear change is rushed. If it has sunroof's check them thoroughly as they leak like a leaky thing. (As do the alpine lights so check them too!) If the water is getting to the rear floor, it is probably coming from the taped joint where the roof meets the join of the body and the rear corner panel. (I know what I mean... ) Check for corrosion on the inner front wings, the water/mud sits there and does it's best to make a hole in the wing. Erm..... can't think of anything else at the moment..... Mark
  23. Nah mate, Broxhead Common in Bordon. Just behind the trench... T'was on an AWDC Drive Round Day on the 27th of Dec. Last time I went to the sand safari I had my 2a and you and sMUDge were there. Don't even know if it is still going??? Wasn't it a 'Club Off Road' organised thingy?
