yeah like you say Snagger, i can see the reversed ackerman angle just turning it lock to lock. but i'll have to see how much of an issue that is when i drive it.
here's a closer look at the joined track rod
castor angle is 6 degrees now, track rod has plenty of clearance from the springs.
is this any help ?
series 109 chassis
90 axle with o/s td5 swivel & hub casting
2 piece front track rod with the drop arm ball joint fitting into the joining piece.
i havnt driven it yet since the conversion, i'm going to see how it feels first before i finally set the castor angle & weld on the spring seats.
