A big day and a milestone for 3A i my ownership; testdrive with temporary registration. Not so good start, a lot of noise from the left front wheel. Lesson learned ---> Tighten the wheel nuts lad!!! Drove about 40 miles and the car was delightful. After washing the car I discovered that the fuel tank is made from 4-5mm thick aluminium : I think the car is ready for MOT, I have to book a time at a garage and cross my fingers Some pictures :

The brake pads are also used on the new Santana PS10 and the old Peugeot J5 / Citroen C25 / Fiat Ducato van of a particular year. I can`t find any inscriptions on the caliper, havent gotten around to measure it yet Does this help? I`m very happy about the discs, only problem I can see is identifying the kit. Steel braid brakelines : The car is ex military, but different from the "standard" military Norwegian cars. The car is supposed to be a standart 109" diesel stw. I bought my 1976 109" stw 2,25 diesel a month ago : By now I have changed the unoriginal japanese front seats of unknowned origin with deluxe highback seats and chased away som electical goblins from under the dash This afternoon I set off to change the wheelbearings on the front right hand side. When I removed the wheel I was amazed to see this : I was not aware of that there was disc brakes on the car and I dont think that the previous owner knew either. Can anyone help me identify these brakes? I guess that I eventually have to replace discs and pads, and it would be very nice to know where to get these items
