Hi can any advise me whether it is practical for me to change the oil in my auto trans. or is this something that is best left to a service centre. I do all my own servicing but the oil in my trans. looks a bit dirty so I thought a change would be good.Thanks for any input

Wowd'y I also had a similar problem and was looking at maybe having to get another Alternator,but Idecided to have a look. Took the alt. off, opened the back cover,gave it a clean and a squirt of CRC, put it back and no more problems. Worth a try
