Not had much trouble with AF until today.. Ive just bought a dirt cheap Disco to use as a tow truck, just cost me £690 to insure it with AF as i have nine points, wheras my 90 with all mods listed and worth over ten times that of the disco was £290 ?? very odd...now searching for cheap disco insurance ! As i said not really trouble with AF - just a very odd pricing policy !

BA 2251 and BA2252 are for a Defender 90. The Offroad springs are wound to the same poundage and spring rate as the origional LR springs, but the length is physically increased by 2 inches. Hence the lift comes from the extended spring length, wheras on a Heavy duty spring the lift comes from the spring being 'stiffer' Loads of people in our club use them, many of the vehicles are fitted with winches so they can support a reasonable amount of weight. They give excellent articulation and ae very smooth to drive on. Hope this helps. Cheers Chris

Been watching this post with interest, weve sold a few different brands of crossmembers, the best were SPI, im assuming you all know SPI is up for sale, hence why there is a lack of replacement panels etc I belive this could be the reason for the s**t quality ones on the market atm. Genuine crossmembers normally retail at £1000, if someone can supply them cheap go for it !

hmm thats a shame, i was thinking of giving them another try for that hydro steering. I did see a statement on the website saying they were going to be contactable only by email tho? Is there any other suppliers for hydro then??

Unfortunatly enough some people cant be subtle in any way at all, seem this forums isnt all it was cracked up to be, for starters DAVE you seemed to have failed to mention that i emailed you several times explaining the situation So for all those who have nothing else better to do with there lives than poke into my personal busness i have just had to deal with a close member of my family being sectioned and being put into a home.. and splitting from a very long term relationship. At present the last flippin thig i am worried about is poxy landrovers. I have nothing to do with Mailorder4x4 as a company, i offer advice nothing else.
