200 inside

hi.. i have sorted this minor problem out now. i have got a straighter arm of a 300 disco and i am going to use the series drag and this fits nice cheers mate

yep sorry. the drag link too long by about 6 inches.??? dont know what im going to do

that would be better but which track end am i going to use? as the arm i got with the box is too long. do you know of any i could use?

am i able to change for the second arm? so the series track rod arm will fit sraight back on? or what should i do? any suggestions

i have recently fitted power steering to the series 3 and the steering box i have fitted seems to have a built in ball joint on it? can this be nocked out? or is there an arm that will fit? cheers phill

hi all i am at the first stages of doing my first series hybrid from petrol to disco 200tdi conversion and i have come across some home made switch bord which has an ignition switch, a push button start etc and i am in desperate need of some help to wire them up? i havent a clue and i have searched EVRYWARE could someone out there help me with some information on how to wire up the ignition on/off switch and the push button start please help mutch appreciated.. phill

hi all. i know this mite seem odd on a lr forum but i have just got myself a jeep cherokee 2.5td and am fully aware these engines are not very good lol and was just wondering if anyone knows weather a 200tdi disco engine would fit in the cherokee and most importantly to the cherokee gearbox? as they used this in the early rr classic? ANY HEALP MUCH APPRECIATED!!!

hi everyone, i have bought some 03-04 td5 headlights for my disco to do the facelift but didn't get the plugs with them. I have searched e bay etc. and can't seem to find any? does anyone know where i can get some? I need a pair also i would like some double decarden props. any help much appreciated. thanks phill.

I had the exact same problem and my head was battered but it was nothing to do with cold it was the sedimenter tank it is a second fuel filter located on the chassis behind the drivers side rear wheel arch you have two pipes going in and two going out, take the filter off and you'll find copper gauze, clean that, or simply do away with it and results are instant!! I done away with it personally and runs fine.

i was out in it and went up a HUGE hill and at the top was a sudden drop so the front end took a slamming but the passenger side took the impact as it bent winch bumper but saying that it didn't happen till bout a month after?????????

hi everyone, I have recently discovered a slightly but very annoying lean to the drivers side front of my disco? checked coil and all OK and also checked shocker and that seems OK??? my head battered with it. lol any suggestions?? please help. thanks. Phill

I have done this swap too and the bell housing is fine as is everything else the only thing different are the engine mounts but you don't have to remove the old ones. just mark the 200 ones in exactly the same position as on the old car and weld away. The chassis are the same but the 300 engine mounts are closer to the bulk head. I don't regret this one bit mine runs sweet.
